The property is an old wool storage and treatment facility which has been converted into stylish hotel rooms and apartments. Some of the original floors have been maintained and give a warm and Australian feel to the experience. It is centrally located just a block away from Hobarts beautiful waterfront and not far from the city centre. It is close by to some of the best restaurants, cafes & pubs in town and a easy stroll to the famous Salamanca Place and Market (every Saturday except Anzac Day and Christmas Day). Hobart Airport is approximately 20/25 minutes drive from the property.

The restaurant is open daily from 6.30am to 9.30pm. It offers hearty affordable meals with Tasmanian fresh produce. The Bar is a great meeting place to be with friends in a relaxed environment.
