The conference hotel was built in 1987 and has been partially renovated. It consists of a total of 166 rooms, of which 129 are singles and 32 are doubles. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a safe, a cloakroom, a lift, a newspaper stand, a shop, a hairdresser's salon and a bar.
