All homes are privately owned and furnished to the highest standards. They all feature a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave and a lounge with a satellite/cable TV. The master bedroom features a king or queen-size bed and has its own en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Other bedrooms have either a queen-size or twin beds and share a bathroom. There is also a private swimming pool, washer and dryer. Other in-room amenities include a radio, washing machine and an iron and ironing board. Furthermore, all of the bed linen, bath linen and beach towels guests require are provided. Centrally regulated air conditioning and heating units are a standard feature of all accommodation.
