Originally built in 1986, the hotel was renovated in 1996 and is a peaceful, well-maintained, family-run business with a friendly atmosphere and excellent service, offering a relaxing and carefree holiday. It comprises a total of 25 guest rooms. It offers an entrance hall with reception, a restaurant, a bar, a snack bar, an automatic telephone operator, safety deposit boxes and currency exchange. There is also a terrace, a lounge with TV, central heating and free private parking. Room service is also available. The lobby is fairly small.

The hotel is surrounded by lush evergreen gardens and is located just 150 m. from the beach of Gouvia, near the old Venetian shipyards.

The restaurant is just off the reception with the hotel bar just beyond. A hot buffet style meal is served. The bar has both indoor and outdoor seating.
