The Post hotel has a souvenir shop next door, and a lounge area with a television, a children's playroom and an indoor terrace which overlooks the mountainside. This is a family run hotel. PL The lobby is tradtionally Austrian, small in size, dark with a dark wooden reception and tiled green floor with rugs.

The hotel is located in the centre of Heiligenblut, directly opposite the bergbamn (cable car to top of mountain).
