The hotel was completed in March 2004. Its structure was designed and built by architects of the New Saigon Construction Architecture Company. It is a hotel with 82 international standard rooms in a good combination of ancient and modern architecture. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, TV lounge and kids' club (for a fee). Dining and refreshments are provided in the café, bar and restaurant. The conference facilities and Internet access (for a fee) may be of use to business guests. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services, car park, garage and bicycle hire (fees apply to all).

The hotel is situated on the romantic bank of Thu Bon river, just a 5-minute stroll from Hoi An Old Town in the south-west suburb. The hotel's terraces offer guests a breathtaking view of the Old Town, the green surrounding forest, Marble Mountains, Cua Dai beach, Cham islands and Thu Bon.

Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast at the Dragon Restaurant on the terraces. They can sit inside or outside to enjoy the atmosphere of the countryside. Buffet, à la carte and set menu options are served during lunch and dinner.
