This beach hotel was opened in 2002 and renovated in 2006, and comprises a total of 36 rooms in lodges with one or two floors. The buildings are surrounded by green spaces and tropical plants. The hotel has an entrance hall with hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom. In addition to this guests have access to laundry and room services, medical assistance, cycle hire for rides in the mountains and Internet access (WLAN). For guests' refreshment there is a restaurant and several bars. Some hotel facilities are disability-friendly. Big in size with seating areas.

The hotel is located on Holbox Island, extremely close to the beach and just 2 minutes from the Plaza Principal and the town centre, with its various shopping amenities, bars and restaurants. Cancun International Airport is approximately 4 km from the hotel building.

In the hotel's own restaurant, surrounded by green space, national dishes are served to the accompaniment of live music. In the lobby bar, the pool bar and the snack bar special drinks are served.
