The complex comprises a total of 876 lodgings, of which 307 are managed. In addition they offer their own roofed terraces as well as a covered swimming pool. There is a lobby area and 3 lifts. For an additional fee guests can take advantage of the laundry services as well as the car parking facilities. Self-parking: USD 10.00 plus tax per 24-h period, with in/out privileges (Fees are always subject to change.) There is a kids' club for younger guests. The hotel enjoys a pleasant location only two blocks from Waikiki beach. The main roads of Waikiki with shops, bars and restaurants are to be found nearby. Honolulu Zoo and a selection of shopping and entertainment venues are also situated close to the hotel.

Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, one is to be found nearby.
