Overlooking terraced rice fields leading up to a row of volcanoes, the resort enjoys superb views. This resort is situated just 25 minutes from Banyuwangi Town, East Java. Ketapang Harbour, the Java terminal where guests can catch the ferry to Gilimanuk in Bali, is located approximately 45 minutes from the resort. Jakarta Airport lies some 250 km away.

The resort's restaurant serves continental, Indonesian and local cuisine and is open from 4:30 am until 10 pm.
