The air-conditioned, 3-storey hotel was built in 1979 and consists of a total of 80 double rooms and also includes a 50 m² garden. The spacious lobby includes a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a lift. The hotel is superbly equipped with a café, a newspaper stand, a bar, an auditorium, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and Internet access. The lobby is medium in size and decorated to a very good standard in a modern style, with a comfortable seating area and plants scattered around to give a relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel is located in the centre of the exclusive residential area of Forte die Marmi, and surrounded by a well-tended park area. The city centre, with plenty of shops as well as restaurants and bars, is within walking distance. Pisa airport is approximately 30 km from the hotel.

A breakfast buffet is available every morning. For lunch guests may select dishes from the set menu. It is possible to book a half board or a full board stay. In the summer guests may dine on the garden terrace.
