This holiday village presently comprises a total of 12 rooms and 16 wooden bungalows, all with a sea view and within easy reach of the private beach. Facilities on offer include a lobby, a café, a bar, a disco, a restaurant and Internet access. Bicycles are available for hire and there is ample parking for those arriving by car.

The complex is set right above the Gulf of Milazzo, within easy walking distance of the cape lighthouse, at the tip of the peninsula. The centre of Milazzo is just 30 km away. Catania-Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 140 km from the complex.
