The hotel is set in a palace built in 1700, formerly inhabited by the aristocratic Santacroce family. It became a hotel in 1902, and has recently been renovated. It comprises a total of 39 accommodation units spread over 3 floors in the main building and a further 3 floors in an annexe building.
