This ski resort hotel is made up of 3 buildings situated only 12 m from one another and 2 are connected by an indoor walkway. The first building is the Lodge portion of the resort and the second building is the John Palliser Manor reserved exclusively for the Signature Club while the third building is the Mount Kidd manor. There are 412 rooms in total. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out service, lift access, café, mini-supermarket, bar, pub, games room, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet and WLAN access, room and laundry service, as well as bicycle hire.
