The complex offers a total of 44 rooms of which 20 are apartments, all of which are spread over several 2-storey buildings on a sprawling complex. There are many facilities on offer to guests including a lobby, a TV room, a lounge, a library, cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. There are car parking facilities for those arriving by car.

This holiday complex is picturesquely located on a hillside overlooking the historical town of Kyrenia and the foothills of the mountains. The town centre is 5 minutes drive away whilst the nearest beach is some 5 km away from the hotel.
