All standard homes feature satellite/cable TV, radio, central air conditioning and heating, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, and all towels and linens for the home. A fully equipped kitchen means that meals can be prepared easily: there is a full-size oven, refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, all of the cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses are included. Master bedrooms feature either a king or queen-size bed with an adjoining full en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms have either a double bed or twin beds, with at least one shared full bathroom. 3-bedroom homes sleep up to 6 people; 4-bedroom homes sleep up to 8 people and 5-bedroom homes sleep up to 10 people.
