The hotel, which is named after the lotus or water lily - the Buddhist flower - is an environmentally friendly holiday resort inspired by traditional Southern Thai houses. Its hilltop location means that it offers excellent panoramas from all villas and guest rooms. There are a total of 124 rooms available here, and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. There is an on site café, bar and restaurant, and a playroom, conference facilities and Internet access are also provided. Guests can make use of the hotel's room and laundry services for a fee and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the car park. Younger guests can let off some steam on the playground. The lobby is an open air Thai boutique style.
