The complex comprises a total of 100 apartments. The main building comprises a lobby with reception (24 hours), a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a kiosk and a café. A hairdressing salon and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (highchairs for infants can be provided on request) are also amongst the facilities on offer. Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal available for use and those arriving by car may take advantage of the complex's own car park. Younger guests may let off steam in the bungalow complex's playground and participate in the kids' club activities. Room, laundry and medical services round up the facilities on offer.
