The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, dining room, bathroom, elevator, terrace, communal garden and pool for children and adults. Housekeeping is provided at entry. Prices include average consumption of electricity, water and butane (if any). Bedding and linens change is once per week.

It is one of L'Estartit's complex of apartments. This establishment is situated only 150 metres from the broad, sandy beach in the delightful village of L'Estartit. Originally it was a fishing village which has become one of the Costa Brava's most important holiday resorts. It has 5 km of fine sandy beach on which guests will be able to sunbathe and admire the Medas Islands off the shore. It's very close to shops, supermarket and other services. Thanks to the privileged setting, L'Estartit offers a wide range of water sports, as well as any other leisure activity.
