This air-conditioned city hotel was built in 1970 and completely renovated in 2000, making it the modern and cosy property it is today. It comprises a total of 172 guest rooms, along with a wide range of amenities including an entrance hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out, a hotel safe, lift access, a cafe, a restaurant, conference facilities, room and laundry services and a playground. The lobby is on a split level. The recption is on the lower level and on the raised atrium area is the seating area and lobby bar, which is extremely pleasant and luxurious.

The hotel is located in the quiet tourist area of Ain el Mraysseh, on the western side of Beirut. It is just a few minutes by foot from Beirut city centre (Solidere), with plenty of boutiques, restaurants and pavement cafes.
