Recently opened apartment building located in a quiet residential area of Lloret de Mar. The apartment guests may use all the facilities in the Hotel Selvamar which is just a few minutes distance away. These include the hotel´s swimming pool, bars, animation programme, fitness centre with heated pool and jacuzzi (daily opening times 9 AM to 3 PM) All meals booked are taken at the Hotel Selvamar. The apartments have a 24 hour reception, lift and a payable laundry service and underground garage (fee payable). On the top floor is located a terrace with small pool, sun loungers, parasols and a sauna. Facilities: Lounge with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchenette. Microwave, refridgerator and so on. Satellite TV, terrace. Bedroom for 2 people, bathroom, air conditioning, heating and a safe (for rent) Change of clothing and cleaning weekly (towels and sheets) A deposit of € 100.00 is required to be paid upon entering the apartment. This will be returned on departure day and after staff have checked the apartment over. Touristic tax in Catalunya is not included in the total price and it must be paid the day of arrival (check in)in the establishment At check in you have to leave a deposit of €100 per apartment which will be returned the day of departure if there has not been any damage.
