Stonefield castle is a superb example of Scottish baronical architecture, built in 1837 and originally home to the Campbell family, now an elegant hotel with superb views over Loch Fyne. Set in 60 acres of woodland gardens containing exotic shrubs. The castle retains many original period furnishings, wood panelling, ornate ceilings and marble fireplaces. Medium sized lobby with a small seating area.
