This hotel has just finished a total refurbishment program. It is located just a moments walk from Queensway underground station which offers excellent connections to all parts of London. It actually overlooks the busy Bayswater Road with the beautiful views of Kensington Gardens opposite.The rooms are medium sized on average, very traditional and up-to-date, decorated in typically warm English colours. Most of the rooms have a ceiling fan which makes them particulary pleasant in summer. The bathrooms have all been totally refurbished.The breakfast room is on the lower ground floor, extremely comfortable and serves traditional English breakfast. The restaurant is located on the ground floor. There is also bar/ lounge area, which reflects the beauty of a traditional English library.The hotel was built at the beginning of the century and still retains its traditional attractive pink brick facade.The small lobby is decorated in typical English style with light wood furniture and a marble floor.A lovely Club style hotel in Central London.
