This new city airport hotel, opened in July 2007 comprises a total of 92 rooms. It welcomes both families and business travellers and offers guests high-speed wired and wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, a 24-hour suite shop and a business centre as well as a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/out. There are hot, freshly-baked cookies to help guests to feel welcome at check-in and this air-conditioned establishment also offers a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lift access, a restaurant and conference facilities. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

The hotel is located right off the highway near the downtown area, with many shops and restaurants in the vicinity such as White Oaks Mall. Victoria Park is a 12-minute drive away and guests will find links to the public transport network right on the hotel's doorstep. Boler Mountain ski region may be reached within 20 minutes' ride on public transport and Toronto is a 2-hour drive away. The airport is nearby the hotel as are many attractions such as the Grand Theatre, Fanshawe Pioneer Village and the Elgin County Railway Museum.
