The hotel has a large reception that is extremely well decorated to a deluxe standard, with many fine furnishings, marbled floors, large Persian rugs and Chinese vases. The hollow glass lights are an interesting feature.

Copious shops and other cultural attractions as well as further renowned tourist sites are easily reached on foot or on the public transport network.
