The hotel complex comprises a total of 155 rooms and has its own entrance hall with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities, lift access and a hotel safe, as well as a café and bars. In addition to this guests are provided with public Internet access, a WLAN access point, conference services, laundry and room services, cycle hire and parking, some in a garage, for those arriving by car.

The hotel is situated at the foot of the Sierra de la Giganta, beside the sparkling Lake Cortés, a magical place and an oasis of colours, where the purple of the mountains contrasts with the luminous blue of the lake and sky. The old fishing village of Loreto is close by, in Baja California Sur. It is 10 km to the airport and 20 km to the centre of Loreto. The city of La Paz lies around 365 km to the north.

It is possible to book bed and breakfast or full board stays. Breakfast is offered to guests every morning. Lunch and dinner may be selected from the à la carte menu or alternatively chosen from the set menu. Lunch and dinner may be selected from a buffet.
