This charming complex is housed in the former Santa Catalina de Siena convent, a true jewel of 16th century architecture. Constructed in 1576, the hotel comprises a total of 91 rooms, 39 single rooms, one disability-friendly room, and six junior suites, all spread across two storeys. Guests are offered a welcoming lobby with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a cloakroom and currency exchange desk. Further facilities here include the El Refectorio restaurant, a breakfast room, a theatre, a conference room, the Las Novicias bar, and a shop.
