Renovated in 2010, the complex offers a total of 241 rooms spread over several 3-storey buildings. Guests may enjoy spending time in the souvenir shop, 3 bars, auditorium, the main (buffet) restaurant as well as the two à la carte restaurants (all air conditioned) serving up Italian and Mexican specialties. Car parking facilities may also be used. Guests may make use of the car rental service. For younger guests there is a kids' club available for 4-12 year olds (9:30-12:00 and 3.30 to 6.00 p.m.). A laundry service rounds off the facilities on offer.

This upmarket hotel is situated directly beside the wonderful sandy beach of the Riviera Maya. Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot, lying about 50 m away. Tulum, Playa del Carmen and the famous settlements of the Maya civilisation are all only a 35 km drive away.

Guests are offered buffets for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Dinner may be taken à la carte and have the opportunity to book either a full board or an all-inclusive stay.
