The hotel joins two companion hotels, Holiday Inn and Marina Del Mar Resort, around an inland marina, providing family holidays with proximity to fishing-boat charters and a variety of water sports. The shuttle boat carrying guests to the SunCruz offshore casino boat which leaves from the marina, making the beach hotel a popular stop for casino-ship patrons. The hotel has 90 rooms spread over 4 floors and was recently renovated. The hotel is located directly on Key Largo Marina at mile marker 100 by the sandy beach. The centre of Key Largo is roughly a 4-minute drive from the accommodation. Moreover, the resort is only 80 minutes south of Miami International Airport. From Miami: take 836 West to Florida Turnpike South. Go south until the turnpike merges into US 1. Remain south on US 1 for 25 miles until mile marker 100. The hotel is located on the ocean side.
