The air-conditioned hotel has a total of 63 rooms as well as a good-sized lobby and a breakfast room. The lobby is average in size with a polished stone and linoleum floor. The reception desk is made of wood and there is ample seating for around 30-40 people.

The hotel is ideally located for those wishing to explore the shops on the Via Buenos Aires, or Milan's cathedral (two stops away on the underground).

The hotel has a breakfast room situated on the 8th floor, with seating for around 50 people. It is quite basic but offers excellent views over the Piazza.
