The fully air-conditioned beach hotel was built in 2006 and comprises a total of 155 rooms spread across 5 floors. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a cloakroom, restaurant, bar, café, kiosk, Internet access (fees apply), a safe, currency exchange facilities and room service. A laundry service is available for an extra charge. There is also a newspaper stand and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the garage.

This hotel is located at the sandy beach of Ponta Negra, which is considered to be the most beautiful beach in the city. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, as well as the convention centre and a shopping centre. It also not far from tourist attractions such as the Morro do Careca and the Dunas Park. The bus station is some 3 minutes' walk away. The hotel offers easy access to Augusto Severo International Airport.

Breakfast is served as a buffet. Lunch and dinner are served either à la carte or as a set menu.
