Established in the year 2000, the hotel was renovated in 2002 and consists of main building and an annexe with a total of 516 rooms spread over 52 storys. It is Canada's highest hotel. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, air conditioning, lift access, fallsview dining room, rooftop nightclub, lounge and 6 conference rooms. The hotel further features shops, a casino, a café and a restaurant with highchairs available for children. Room and laundry services complete the offerings here. Complimentary casino shuttle and daily morning delivery of the Globe & Mail newspaper is available to all guests. There is only valet parking available. The seven story lobby contains seating areas, live trees, waterfalls and a winding stairway to the casino walkway.

This hotel is located on a main road, close to the famous Niagara Falls. The park beside the falls can be reached in only 100 m. Within 20 m of the hotel are bars, restaurants, shops and a casino, while a bus stop and railway station can be found about 5 minutes' drive away.
