The hotel is host to all kinds of activities, from water sports to shopping trips. Guests can make a splash at the brand-new water park, featuring a slide that stretches from a marble replica of a Mayan temple into an expansive pool below. The hotel offers the longest pool in all of Latin America. Guests can swim at their leisure in one of the 5 pools or join aqua fit and aerobics classes. There is a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for use by the pools and on the nearby sandy beach. As well as a gym, there is also a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Massage and spa treatments are also offered. There are facilities for tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball and golf. Guests can also explore the interconnecting lakes and canals in their own kayak or pedal boat, rent a bicycle and tour the grounds or hop on the mini train that leaves every 30 minutes.
