The former 14th-century estate has recently been restored, retaining its traditional character, arches, vaulted ceilings and oil press. The property comprises 1 km², with over 7 km of mountain roads. It is 20 km from Palma with its beach and 15 km from Soller. Access to public transport is located roughly 4.5 km away, as is the train station.

The establishment provides guests with a variety of Mallorcan dishes for à la carte dinner on request, one day prior, and of course enjoy the rich breakfast with typical products of Majorca, some of them taken from the property's own fruit and vegetable garden.
