From a community run villa, renovation has transformed the villa into a rustic yet amenable new hotel. Glaced with the presence of an enclosed garden, far from the city noises, where the scents of oranges and lemons fuse with jasmine, the new hotel opens the doors to all his costumers. The lobby is small , modern in style and with a very welcoming and fresh atmosphere .

It is situated in the historical centre. For the greater part of the attractions, like as an example the Cathedral (600 m) and Reale Palace(500 m), the guests can walk on foot. Central Station is 1500 m far and Metro Orleans is 300 m far.
