The Villa Eugénie boasts classic 19th century Parisian architecture. Being located on a corner, it receives a lot of sunlight and has an unobstructed view over the new Batignolles district. The interior decoration is representative of the Napoleon III period. The carefully chosen furniture and valuable objects evoke the lavish decor which the Empress liked to surround herself with. The toile de Jouy wallpaper is a perfect match for the period furniture. The warm colour of the mahogany and varnishes, the upholstered chairs, and the damask quilts are all features that add to the unique atmosphere. The bathrooms also add to the old-fashioned charm, with marble vanities and tulip-shaped lights. The lobby, with its large marble-covered spaces, and the breakfast room with its wide bay windows
