This is a family run complex that comprises two buildings built in traditional Cycladic style. It consists of a lobby with reception area and seats for guests, as well as a breakfast room. There are 12 studios and 4 apartments on offer.

The hotel is situated 200 m from the centre of the resort of Perissa where there are plenty choices of restaurants, bars and commercial shops. It is located 100 m down a small road to the sandy beach of Perissa. The nearest bus stop is situated 200 m away on the main road, which provides transfers to the capital of Fira. Santorini National Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 15 km.
