The building was constructed in 1995 and consists of 5 floors and a total of 254 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful, large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with lifts, a currency exchange counter and a 24-hour reception. There is also a supermarket, bicycle hire, a café, a snug bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs available for small children. Business guests may make use of the Internet access. Guests may also use the medical assistance if necessary. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club.

This lovely hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Puerto de Alcudia, only a few metres from the beach, 2 km from the harbour and 5 km from the centre of the town. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located nearby.
