The Quinta Splendida Hotel is an example of architectural beauty, offering 141 traditional rooms and 25 Spa Suites. The building reflects a half moon shape surrounded by a 30,000 m² botanical garden with over 1000 species of plants and flowers. For those who appreciate fine cuisine the hotel offers three restaurants and two bars; regular guided garden tours and shuttle service to Funchal are free for the guests as well as the health centre with gym, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, billiards and table tennis. The 1400m² Spa, Tep Panom (surcharge) offers an oasis of luxury suites, SPA facilities, indoor pool and 10 treatment rooms. Under 16's not admitted in Spa or in Spa suites.
