Built in 1987 and renovated in 2002, this complex includes a total of 114 apartments spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and a lift. In addition, there is a supermarket, a cosy bar/restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with smoking and non-smoking areas as well as highchairs. It is also possible to make use of the self-service washing facilities and the medical assistance if necessary (added fee). There are parking facilities available for those arriving by car.
