The hotel was renovated in 2009 and is housed in a building originally constructed in 1800 in the historical centre of Salvador. It was entirely restored to preserve its original appearance while adding the comfort and modernity which today's traveller requires. On the ground floor there is a 24-hour reception desk, a spacious dining room, and a cosy sitting room with views of the city streets.
