Opened in 2005, the complex comprises a total of 6 apartments spread across a main and a neighbouring building. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a reception desk, safes, a currency exchange desk and a fax service. The amenities also include a café, a small supermarket, shops, a nightclub as well as a breakfast and dining room. A bar and a restaurant are to be found in the tower with 360° panoramic views. There are room and laundry services as well as medical assistance available. A garage is available to guests.

The hotel is situated on a hillside 400 m above sea level. From the rooms and the terrace guests may enjoy impressive views of the village and sea. The nearest beach is approximately 5 minutes away on foot. The centre of Nicoya with its countless restaurants, bars and further entertainment venues is 200 m away.
