The air-conditioned hotel was extensively renovated in 2004 and offers a total of 180 rooms over 5 floors, with a total of 10 superior doubles and 8 suites. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a lift and Internet point (WLAN). Guests are also offered a café, a bar, a TV room, a conference room and an air-conditioned restaurant. The lobby is of a medium size with elegant lounges.

This hotel is located in the shopping centre of Santa Eulalia del Rio, around 15 km from Ibiza Town. There are various shops, restaurants, small bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network located in the surrounding area. The marina, as well as the beach, is easily reached within walking distance (around 250 m away).
