Located in the heart of Perissa just off the road that runs through the village and down to the beach, this fully renovated hotel has a great location. Perissa beach boasts a long stretch of striking black volcanic sand and merges in to Perivolos beach further along the coast. Both along the beach, and in the centre of the resort are many cafes, pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets. The local buses run to Fira town and other areas of the island. The main bus stop for Perissa is just a couple of minutes from the hotel. The islands capital Fira town is 15 minutes by car as are the airport and port.

There is a breakfast room where a continental breakfast is offered. There is also a pool bar offering drinks and snacks throughout the day.
