The establishment is located at the upper part of the ski station, just 100 metres from the new ski slope 'La Sabina' and 300 metres from the new 6-seater ski lift 'Virgen de las Nieves', which leads directly to the Borreguiles area.The establishment consists of 10 apartments and 18 studios.
