Built in 2006, the residence comprises furnished accommodation that is perfect for both short and long-term guests. With a total of 143 rooms, the hotel offers a high standard of service and includes a hotel safe and laundry service. The medium size lobby is on the 15th floor.

The residence is located in the heart of West Seoul-Sinchon's business district. Yoido is only 5 minutes away, whilst Hongik University, Yonsei University, Ewha Woman's University, and Sogang University can all also be reached within 5 minutes. The residence is therefore in the vicinity of an area popular with young people and full of culture; an area which is often viewed as the centre for fashion, art and gastronomy.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, however a number of restaurants are around the hotel, which offers wide ranges of cuisine.
