The city hotel comprises 40 rooms spread over 6 floors of which 31 are doubles and 9 are singles. Renovated in 2002, guests may make use of the foyer with a newly erected 24-hour reception area, hotel safe and lift. A TV and lounge room, a café, a conference room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant and a public Internet terminal are also to be found within the hotel. Guests may make use of the laundry and room services. The hotel is not far from a public car park (additional fee applies). It is cosy and nicely decorated as well as furnished.

This hotel lies in the historical centre of Bilbao, really close to the Plaza Ayuntamiento and almost 500 m from the Guggenheim Museum. A vast array of shops and entertainment venues can be reached within a few minutes on foot. A metro is station is also within metres of the hotel. The airport is about 15 km away.

The breakfast lounge is close. Therefore the buffet breakfast service is not avilable. Instead of it, a special continental breakfast will be served at the Cafetería.
