The hotel was opened in 2002 and consists of 7 floors with a total of 95 rooms, of which 20 are singles, 70 are doubles and 5 are suites. The lobby awaiting guests includes a 24-hour reception, a safe, a cloakroom and a lift. Additional facilities include a café, a bar, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, a conference room and an Internet terminal. Room and laundry services, a bicycle storage facility as well as a car park and a garage are also available to guests.

The hotel is located in the tourist area of El Ferrol, within a few minutes from the town centre. Here guests will be able to discover scores of shopping venues as well as restaurants and bars.
