The hotel comprises a total of 13 rooms and was originally a rustic property before being converted into a typically Asturian building and fitted with air conditioning. Now used as a hotel, the neighbouring buildings have been preserved in rustic style, for example buildings on stilts and the apple wine factory, which today is a lounge area. The hotel is a member of the Casonas Asturianas club and was awarded the prize of Excelencia Turística del Principado de Asturias in 2005. The facilities include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, room and laundry services, and parking for those arriving by car.

This complex is about 1.5 km from the beach and the city centre, with its shops, restaurants, bars, and railway station.

Guests may serve themselves at the breakfast buffet. Bed and breakfast is also bookable.
