The complex comprises a total of 77 air-conditioned apartments, with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, spread over 5 floors. There is 24-hour reception service with 24-hour check-out and currency exchange, as well as car and scooter hire. Other facilities include a hotel safe, 3 lifts, a café and a restaurant. For a fee, guests may also hire bicycles from the hotel.

The apartment complex is ideally situated between the beaches of Playa d'en Bossa (200 m away) and Figueretas, in one of the liveliest areas of Ibiza. It is also very close to Figueretas' esplanade. There is a bus stop only about 100 m away from the accommodation, and the centre of Ibiza can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Ibiza Airport is approximately 3 km away.
