The complex was built in 1986 and renovated in 2003. There are 36 apartments in total. Various facilities are available to guests including a cosy bar, a laundry service and a car park outside the complex.

This charming complex is located amid fine gardens directly within the holiday area of Puerto Rico, only a few minutes on foot from the city centre, where guests will find a multitude of shops and entertainment venues. It is about 3 km to the beach, while links to the public transport network can be found in front of the hotel.
